Pan-Asian cafe Lao Bao in Russia | Allarts Design

Description by Allarts Design:

Great design release of the Pan-Asian cafe Lao Bao in Russia.

Meet the new pan-Asian design release Lao Bao from the Russian interior design studio ALLARTSDESIGN. Restrained Asia, revealed in bright sauces, and complemented by original dishes in the center of Perm (Russia, the Urals)

The cafe is located on the ground floor of a former bookstore with high ceilings and columns in the center of the room.

The space of the cafe with a total area of 1460 square feet perfectly suited this format, designated by restaurateurs as a new panasia, modernized, without traditional decisions to understand Asia itself.

The main wall of the cafe has a large glazing. There is an open bar and also an additional closed kitchen. The ceilings, open type and pre-insulated, have a single monochrome color, distracting guests.

The abundance of plants, wicker furniture, only a subtle hint of the presence of a rich culture of Far Asia. The whole emphasis on the brightness of taste and riot of colors takes place at the table itself.

Furniture everywhere is the same height and does not require diversity.

The colormap consists of only two colors, such algae in a graphite shade, and bamboo is expressed in beige tint, as part of naturalness and everyday life. The original solution was the design of the toilet, which was made with a completely different color scheme. The idea of a bathroom turned out to be a roll. The core of the roll, tuna, white rice, and green algae. Designers suggested using the ginger effect as a color change in space, like resetting taste buds, updating taste. So here, leaving the bright bathroom, you are again in a different color.

The contact bar serves as a venue for small gastro evenings, working in dialogue with the guest.

For this project, the designer proposed implementation in the form of tiles from mdf, which offers the story of black-and-white Kanji, in a more modern solution, a designer riddle of hieroglyphs.

Large lamps were made to order for this project. Also, blades, as the idea of the Nihonto sword, was developed by the designer and carry the function of a sconce.

The columns were decorated with mirrors with a lathing rhythm and flowering forests.

Expressing the traditional elements of Asia, the designer Saranin Artemy offers to see them, on the other hand, revealing the story as a puzzle.

Lao Bao is an understandable Pan-Asian food for every day. Some positions are prepared here in a few minutes, this saves the guest time. Authentic dishes such as an Asian burger on a signature bun are worth a try. The spacious hall, without expensive accents, has a wider range of guests.

Syshaus House | Studio Arthur Casas

Description by Studio Arthur Casas:

The Syshaus House comes to the market bringing a new concept to live with quality, practicality and sustainability – not only ideals, but effective practices. The structural system is composed of standardized types of pillar, beam, joint node and screw, which when combined result in different configurations of plants and programs, within a limit of up to three floors, either in a flat or sloped terrain. The external and internal coverings, such as floors, walls and linings, are also conceived as part of a docking system. In this way, the residence is entirely assembled in the lot, without generating waste or consuming natural resources such as water – abundantly wasted in conventional construction.

Baptized as ‘ecosystemic’, the construction respects nature as much as possible, from conception to delivery of the keys – a period that may correspond to only six months. The sustainable practices are also applied to the daily life of the residents by three important and indispensable items to the residence: rainwater harvesting for reuse in the irrigation; domestic biodigester that transforms organic waste into gas, for eventual use in the fireplace and kitchen, fertilizer for the garden and / or vegetable garden; and photovoltaic panels for solar energy, whose intelligent monitoring system allows the maximum efficiency in the use of energy and zero cost in the account.

Among the optional items are the green cover that contributes to thermal and acoustic comfort, and automation. In terms of security, it is possible to opt for intelligent locks remotely activated by a cell phone and cameras connected to the mobile device of the owner, in an integrated mechanism of surveillance.

Thru Syshaus concept, the customer buys a house as a product, choosing available options with defined prices and deadlines. The frequent negative surprises of conventional constructions are crossed off. The construction system has a durability above market standards, which allows us to offer a 20-year factory warranty. The repairs and replacements of parts are also easy to carry out, since the structure makes it possible to assemble and disassemble all the elements.

The architect Arthur Casas conceived the interior design within the free standing concept.
Cabinets and kitchen, usually fixed in walls or partitions, arrived in the house in an independent module format. In this way, the owner can associates the modules as he/she wants or even transfers the equipment to a new home. The line of houses signed by Arthur Casas and team can have variations on finishes, coatings and layouts, so that the customer can choose the one of their preference.

All the furniture and accessories present in the house, including the jewels, are launches designed by Arthur Casas. The Syshaus product hosts all the innovative technologies already available, as other technologies that will be discovered in the future. It is a constant and flexible process of evolution and updating.

Pascĕre Ciboteca | ZDA – Zupelli Design Arquitettura

Description by ZDA – Zupelli Design Arquitettura:

Located in the ‘Isola’ district, in Milan, the ” Pascĕre – Ciboteca”, is a contemporary local with a impressive design, able to offer its customers versatile experience, from early morning until late in the evening. Not only a café for breakfast and afternoon break, but also a restaurant and a cocktail bar.

The project concept was created to co-exist different services in one place.
Starting from the large area of the project, we have defined three interior volumes: a service block, for staff and the public; a central block, designed to hold the most of the services of the resturant, including a kitchen; and a glass element that contains a small urban garden, able to attract the attention of customers and offer new points of view on the city.

The interior spaces are born in ‘negative’ and through subtraction define different areas: the bar area illuminated by large windows, the sofas area at the entrance, smaller than the first, directly overlooking the indoor garden and the restaurant area, structured in a “fast and slow food” zone.

Even the floors are designed to create dialogue between different environments, with an original pavement mix. white and black cement tiles with a geometric textures, are arranged like a carpet on an aged dark wooden floor, while in theindoor garden was chosen the raw concrete.

To uniform the areas we chose a light color for the walls, in contrast with a very darker furniture, interrupted by the color chosen for the ‘boiserie’ and the green plants placed all over the local. In fact, the whole environment is based on the mood of the ‘urban forest’: the indoor garden, the tables designed for the restaurant and the vertical wall, enrich every area and create a unique atmosphere.

The result is a sophisticated environment where each element works to a balanced overview. In a mix of wood, iron and vegetation, light and dark colors, intense and soft lighting, once again we define our idea of a metropolitan local.
